Summary
Hampta Pass is known as Himachal’s valley of flowers. The landscape isvery much similar to that of Valley of Flowers – a green narrow valley protected by snow-covered mountains but when you get onto the other side of the Hampta Pass, you’ll be in awe looking atthe landscape of Spiti Valley, known for its barren stretches, rugged terrain and forget-me-not blue skies. The trails of Hampta Pass hold surprises at campsites along the way. Some of the basic challenges are weather, where one faces the high altitude weather and terrain and uncertainity. This pass is filled with thrill to the trekkers.

- Chandra Tal Lake is the ultimate destination for the day. - Trek Description:
- Start your descent through the Hampta Valley after breakfast.
- As you descend, you'll be treated to the magnificent views of the Pir Panjal ranges.
- The trail leads you through the stunning cold desert landscape of Spiti Valley, known for its unique landforms. - Chatru Arrival:
- Upon reaching Chatru, have lunch, take some time to relax and appreciate its scenic beauty. - Drive to Chandertal and Return to Chatru:
- The day involves a drive to Chandertal (Chandra Tal).
- Chandertal is a pristine high-altitude lake located in the Spiti Valley region of the Himalayas.
- After reaching Chandertal and spending some time there, you will return to Chatru.
- The return drive takes you back to Chatru, where you will set up camp for the overnight stay.
- Wake up and prepare for the drive from Chattru to Manali.
- The journey back to Manali includes passing through the scenic Rohtang
Pass - Enjoy the picturesque views along the road. Aim to arrive in Manali by
evening. - From Manali, you can continue your onward journey to your next
destination.
