By accessing, booking, or participating in any activity at Adventure Valley, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Participation in our adventure activities is entirely voluntary and is undertaken at your own risk. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they meet the required age, weight, and physical fitness levels for specific activities. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Prices may be revised without prior notice. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity or in case of a no-show. Adventure Valley reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

Participation in our activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or property loss. By joining any activity, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Adventure Valley, its management, staff, or affiliates will not be held liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss suffered during your visit. A liability waiver may be required to be signed before engaging in certain activities.

All guests are expected to follow safety instructions provided by the staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund. Adventure Valley also reserves the right to deny access or service to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving in a disorderly manner. By using our services, you consent to the use of your photographs or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes unless you inform us otherwise in writing.

We encourage all guests to respect the environment and fellow visitors. Any damage caused to property or equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible individual. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adventure Valley operates.
